We will put this on our backlog and will implement a dedicated endpoint for it. Probably the data will be stalled anyway for 1-2 days, so at most you get yesterday’s fillings.

I want to see the latest trademarks that are being filed, user will come on my site and search their trademark. I want a ticker in my site that prompts, " ‘XYZ Trademark’ just got filed by someone, hurry up".

databaseStatus is for sake of transparency to display info that the storage is updated frequently,
it shows you how frequently the storage is reflecting new applications and trademarks, its refreshed 2 times per week.

We don’t have an endpoint to return most recent applications, there was no business case for this as no-one is interested in the begining of fillings for records.

what would be your use case? maybe you need to use some other endpoint
