region param doesn’t seem have any impact on results. I tried to search local websites by name but every time I get different results than I get manually

I’m trying following search:

in results I should get mobicard.com.ua on the first place. but instead I’m getting https://finance.yahoo.com/news/mobicard-digital-business-card-app-143000743.html which is wrong for ua (Ukraine) region
