Getting 500, 429 errors from the api and slow response when no error

Hello,

Please check the relevant errors i am getting from the api. Getting frequent 500 errors and 429. When no error occurs, most of the time the response is very slow.

Hello Sohail,

Earlier the behavior was as I described above, we use more than one accounts for your service, and most of the tests were done on another account. I can confirm that it now works fine.
