Can't get 'key-statistics' for EGLN.L

Hi, could you please take a look why it’s not possible to receive key-statistics for the EGLN.L ticker ? When I call stock/key-statistics/{stock} it returns 422 + ‘Invalid ticker’ but when I call market/quotes/{stocks} I receive a correct data. Thanks in advance.

p.s. I have a second account with a subscription.
