Hi!

I updated yesterday our credit card because we canceled the old one and you set the status of our account to PENDING and for example our TELIZE application stopped working. But, I couldn’t find where to force the payment again so, i stopped our subscription and make a new one.

What I don’t know, is if I did it well, and I want to confirm is that we have a plan active, and only one. Not two or zero, thanks!

Hi,

The billing side is handled by Mashape, so I have unfortunately no control over transactions. In case you have billing issues again in the future, please contact their support directly, they can be reached by e-mail at support@mashape.com.

If you used the same Mashape account to create the new subscription, everything should be good as there can
be only one active subscription per account.
