Some of the regions in Spanish are wrong translated:
Andalusia > Andalucía
Aragon > Aragón
Balearic Islands > Islas Baleares
Basque Autonomous Community > País Vasco
Canary Islands > Islas Canarias
Castile-La Mancha > Castilla-La Mancha
Catalonia > Cataluña
Community of Madrid > Comunidad de Madrid
Community of Valencia > Comunidad Valenciana
Navarre > Navarra
Province of Ávila > Ávila
Region of Murcia > Región de Murcia
Could you fix them?

In general though, language translation currently relies on Wikidata and is therefore not guaranteed. For entries that do not have a translation in a given requested language, the result will come back in English by default. I am currently exploring leveraging some custom back-end translation services to improve this, but that’s the current state of things.
Can you try these again? I’m getting the correct translations based on your list above. For example, Basque Autonomous Community does yield País Vasco.

Yes, the translations to Spanish are wrong, for example:
The Basque Autonomous Community is wrong, the correct translation is País Vasco.
But it looks like it returns the same data por al languages. It´s is posible?
The translations you list above appear to be what GeoDB currently returns for Spanish. Or are you saying you think these translations are wrong?
