it responds in a GPT 3.5 way:
"There are over 7,000 chemicals in cigarettes. Over 70 are known to be harmful and at least 69 are known to cause cancer."

GPT-4 respond should be:
"7000+, 70+, 69"
or
"7000, 250, 69"

Its not mentioned on your API Description, that theres a hard limit of 25 request/hour, you should be more transparent

Hi, GPT-4 official OpenAI api has a hard quota of 25 requests per hour for one API Token, we try to use as many tokens as possible, but it is still not enough to cover all api requests on here. This API uses GPT-4 when possible and when the quota is reached, it switches to 3.5-turbo.
