I recently downgraded to a low priced subscription but the higher priced subscription was already charged a day ago, will the higher priced subscription benefits (100$ for 50k calls) still be active on my account?

That hundred dollar plan is not even visible in the pricing tab, how should I change back to that plan now to make sure my quota shows it? ! Please assist.
but everytime I switch the plan it charges me again!

Yes, you can still switch back to the high plan until the next billing cycle, as it is still active.
