If your aim is to get scores of these private or suspended accounts, unfortunately there is not much we can do. If you just want to see how to prevent these cases from breaking your code, in this repository https://github.com/osome-iu/Botometer101, we provide some example scripts. The script for checking the bot scores has some error handling code. You can use it as a template for your own use.
