It'd be cool to have a confidence rate. I see there's a number of samples which is helpful-ish

We have a data quality score attached to each comps in the listing array. The data looks like this

“isNumberOfBathroomDifference”: boolean,
“isHouseTypeDifference”: boolean,
“confidenceScore”: number
}
Data Quality Score is out of 100 and calculated on the basis of number of active days in the last 12 months.
Confidence Score is also out of 100 and takes into consideration data quality score as well as bathroom difference (whether its matching or not, if not by what difference)
Additionally the comps are sorted based on the following criteria:
High confidence score first
Least distance from searched coordinate first
