Are the “since” and “until” mean actual transcript uploaded date in epoch time?
And what timezone is this showing?

You should do Google to learn and understand more about Epoch timestamp, you then read the library documentary to know how to set timezone via constructor, or ‘set’ method; After all you will get the right human readable date time for specific timezone. You may use https://www.epochconverter.com to quickly convert to and from human readable date time.
