Some websites such as monday.com are showing data from March (month 3), while most of the websites already have data for April.

Monday.com also has data for April on all versions of similarweb. This is valid for multiple websites, not only monday.com. Just giving it as an example.

Then you can try scraping the API again in the next week. You should scrape for new data on weekly basis.
