If a property is listed as “FOR SALE” the prices provided by API, matches with the price on website. So for example if we query address “226 Sheffey Ln, Richmond, VA 23235” on API it gives price of 345,000 which matches with same on its website as below.

But if a property is off market, the price on RapidAPI does not match the price on realtor site itself. So for example if I search for “3025 Catoosa Ridge Lane Greenbrier, TN 37073” the API gives listing price of 259,900 whereas on the website its 419,300.
This is where my limitation on this area comes and I am ot sure if the API is correct and usable. So can you please check on this and let me know ?

Oh, don’t you see the API name? It is “Unofficial Redfin”, it is REDFIN again . If you want to check something, you need to use Redfin.com as reference.
If you want Realtor API, we have it for you at http://rapidapi.com/apidojo/api/realty-in-us
