Not being able to scrape more than 1000 jop postings

I have tried to retrieved job posting lists in a country of interest (whic has about 20,000 job posting on Linkedin). I specified the country and rows to be 5000 to test the code, but only get 1000 job postings back. Is there a technical limit to how many job posting I can scrape using this API?
