after we changed our plan the api does not work

since the 12th the requests to your api does not work. we get always: message': 'You are not subscribed to this API."
we downgraded from pro and paid

i have contacted the support contact above and is the second day now waiting.
The api i purchased is down for 8 days now and still no reply
