Hi, i'm in Brasília, Distrito Federal and my ip is 187.113.1.83. Your api return city as Goiás and state as Goias too. Being that other apis return correctly as you can see in http://ip-api.com/ and here http://api.petabyet.com/geoip/187.113.1.83
