can we still migrate to 2.0 even if we didnt migrate before it was shutdown? im trying to figure it out and get my app back up and running but i still keep getting 502 server error. ive also already subscribed to v2.0 but still recieve the same error even after changing my api key since it changed after changing over to V2.0

Yes this is because you are subscribed to v1.1 which was sunset. Announcements have been going out for over a month detailing the exact date when v1.1 was being shutdown and when subscribers needed to migrate to v2.0.
