API Response is either taking >40,000 ms to respond or giving a 502 Bad Gateway Error.
Please resolve the same and let us know if we can expect an improvement in the performance.
There is no issue with API. If the responce time is slow (like you said - > 40s), then it’s due to the target mail server. The smtp server is responding respond slowly or are configured to behave like that(to prevent mailbox verification or potential spam). Although, that doesn’t happen normally.
