Hi there, thanks for reaching out. Sorry for not responding earlier, but as you’re aware now, it’s best to email support@scraptik.com for faster resolution.
Unfortunately, there seems to be a lot of issues with our web get-user endpoint. In lieu of that, I would recommend using our mobile /get-user endpoint, which we primarily support over the web endpoint. It’s likely everything you need from the web endpoint will be available in the mobile endpoint as well, so I hope this helps you and anyone else encountering this issue at the moment.
