ID returned when parsing ingredients does not return the same item when getting product data

When parsing the ingredient list “5c garlic” I get an ID of 11215. Putting that in to the GET for product data, I get data about Vodka Sauce. It says the Vodka sauce has the same ID as garlic. Any ideas on how to fix?
