Duplicate charts

I just noticed that the ‘New Free Apps’ and the ‘Top Free Apps’ charts are exactly the same.

Hi armorapi,
Google appears to have made some changes to their mappings with google play since I last checked. The two affected endpoints by this are under Top Charts
I will look into adding support for these endpoints again but in in the meantime, I will disable them as they are falling back on the default chart response I have set up.
