question about concurrency limits

Hi there!
So I am working on a important project andI have a question about how many concurrents requests the service can actually handle.
It written that 300req/min but does it exactly mean that the requests are handled simultaneously or there is a limit.
I tested with the PRO subscription but I did’t get the wanted results it seems that there is some delia between requests response

Hi! I can handle big concurrency, it’s just does not make a lot of sense to keep big proxy pools in case someone decides to do a sudden spike of requests, mostly from financial perspective, and it may also be not ethical to put a particular target website under high load.
