What do you mean by “denied access”? If you have upgraded your plan you should be able to make requests with your mashape key. What exactly is not working? Do you get emals from mashape saying your quota has been exceeded? What endpoints are you trying to call? What is the exact response you get? Please provide this information so that we can help.

If you want to give up, please ask mashape for a refund, we do not handle those.
