Hi,
I am getting a surge in traffic but it seems like your API is not “following”.

I am getting the error ‘Blocked User. Please contact your API provider’

Can you tell me what to do please?

Hello,

You need to limit your requests at 5 calls per second. Your requests cause lots of 429 error on our API and that affects the API’s score. Please fix it, confirm back to get your account unblocked. Your account will be block forever if this happens again in the future.
