Not able to get consistent accurate price data

For Park City Peaks Hotel, I am getting lower rates than what I am seeing on Hotels.com. $101 vs $300, can you please explain why this is the case? This is regarding single night stays in 12/20/2023.

The API prefers the price returned in mobile version as its better price.
