Unusual Token Usage

Hi Team,
I recently subscribed to your API and ran it for my node, for alteast 1130 requests, I received a rate limiting error.
But the request were count and I received no data at all.
Please look at this. I am unable to run any more requests on it. It would be very helpful if you restore the failed tokens.

Hi - thanks for using our API. The limiting error requests will not be counted against your plan for any charges. Actually this plan (ULTRA) has a limit of 2 requests per second as you can see in the plan’s description. So please slow down your pace a little bit.
