Thanks for your question.

You can potentially use the Image Search endpoint to get the product information. There are two ways in which the Image Search endpoint returns product information:

1. Within the "products" array in the response. Example image URL: https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/0d3e55eb-85c2-4e7b-b435-5bb390001218.b72a0d25fce95d78679771cbd0dfa421.jpeg - in that case the API returns the product in the products array: https://imgur.com/n7IoUu2
2. Within "visual_matches" in the response there might be products for sale, with their prices and additional info so if there are no products in the products array from #1, you may take it from here. Here's an example image URL: https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71CjH6sTysL._AC_SL1500_.jpg, and the response: https://imgur.com/VTgzSzL
