can you search multiple locationKey in the below query string

This is what is currently coded like

querystring = {"locationKey":"REGION^87490"}

I need something like

##querystring = {"locationKey":"REGION^87490,REGION^87491"}

I checked on the rightmove.co.uk website. 
It does not allow searching for multiple locations. Therefore, I cannot do it.
