I'd like to purchase your service. However, I am looking to get a list captions for a given YouTube ID.

I want to know the snippet.trackKind

I am looking for standard, ASR or if the video has no captions tracks at all.

You can use the list subtitles API (/subtitles//list) -

We return a JSON response with all available subtitles for that video with following information Currently the response looks something like this for video id UdgRUCVUts0 -
