Payment Issue

I just want to subscribe the Facebook API for one month. So I subscribed the Ultra plan, It costs me 50$. After that I changed to basic plan. Now I’m unable to use Ultra any more. Please help!!!

just to conclude this thread, we confirmed the Refund request from RapidApi and we already saw that one subscription amount was successfully refunded. Let us know in you have any other question.

Hi,
we see in the history that you subscribed to Ultra plan but you directly unsubscribed to it. In this case you cannot longer use the credits. As we are not involved in the payment procedure (this is RapidApi area) we cannot do anything here. Can you please contact their support (support@rapidapi.com) and looping us (support@axesso.de). We will confirm to RapidApi that they need to enable you subscription again.
